High-speed Internet in outlying regions: Should Bell still be allowed to participate in the government programs?
It has been a week since the Premier of Québec met with Bell to discuss the thorny issue of access to the Toronto-based giant’s telephone poles. Since then, nothing. Has the coordinating committee created in the spring to resolve this issue, from which Videotron was excluded, produced results? Also nothing. Bell refuses to follow the rules. How many more times will the Minister of the Economy and Innovation, Pierre Fitzgibbon, have to see it before he gets it?
