Vidéotron is committed to delivering not only good service but the best available anywhere. Period.
To meet customers' expectations, the Company has invested over $40 million to make its Internet service the fastest and most effective on the market. Vidéotron has also doubled the capacity of its servers in order to avoid any slowdown in the e-mail delivery.

For two years, Vidéotron's mission has been to provide the best customer experience by offering state-of-the-art products and services, as well as unique, exclusive services not available from the competition, such as Speed on Demand, a new value-added Internet access service launched in April 2004.

Also in April, Vidéotron increased download speeds on its residential and business highspeed Internet access services, which are by far the fastest available in Vidéotron's service area. Download speed was increased by more than 32% to 4.1 mbps on the High-Speed Internet Access service and by more than 12% to 4.5 mbps on the Extreme High-Speed Internet Access service. The upgrade is being rolled out to over 90% of Vidéotron's customer base, significantly increasing Vidéotron's lead in Internet access services.
