Montréal, March 13, 2015 – For the tenth year in a row, Léger's annual corporate reputation survey has ranked Videotron first among telecommunications companies. Videotron has won the title every year since 2005, a telling indicator of the strong relationship it has developed with Québec consumers over the past 10 years.
Part of customers' lives, day after day
This is well-deserved recognition for our 6,000 employees, who strive to give our customers the best possible experience, day after day, said Manon Brouillette, President and CEO of Videotron. We are working very hard to remain the most respected telecommunications company in Québec and this latest survey shows that people notice. It is a gratifying reward for our efforts.
Infinitely better
Videotron has held its place at the top by offering unique, innovative and compelling products. 2014 was another busy year for Québec's telecom leader. Videotron launched its LTE network, introduced its X8 illico terminal, one of the most advanced set-top boxes on the market, overhauled its residential Internet access services, now called Fibre Hybrid, and released a new illico app for the iPad, a Canadian first entirely conceived and developed in Québec. Meanwhile Club illico, which celebrated its second anniversary, has proved to be a resounding success. It further raised its profile on Québec's cultural landscape, logging 50 million viewings since its launch.
Every day, Videotron applies its passion for innovation and excellence by delivering the very best customer experience. Videotron meets and exceeds customers' expectations via a network that combines the power of fibre optics, coax cable and wireless technology, offering infinite developmental potential.
