Videotron proud to champion customer experience

April 7, 2017 - Press Release

Montréal, April 6, 2016 — Videotron welcomes the numbers in the Mid-Year Report published today by the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS). Videotron has reason to be proud of the results: the number of complaints against the company was down by 27% compared to the same period last year and Videotron committed no violations of either the Wireless Code or the Deposit and Disconnection Code. The glowing outcome reflects Videotron's efforts to ensure that consumers are better informed of their contractual rights and obligations.
“The numbers announced today demonstrate our employees' determination to provide the best possible customer experience,” said Manon Brouillette, President and CEO of Videotron. “We work tirelessly to constantly improve our service delivery and the numerous initiatives we have taken in recent months seem to be paying off. At Videotron, customer experience is everyone's business and we will continue doing everything it takes to support our customers from start to finish.”
