Security measures in our stores

Learn what we do to keep our stores safe.

General measures:

  • We store our devices in time-delayed safes that our staff can’t bypass.
  • Active monitoring is in place at all times. In the event of an incident, a police response is immediately initiated.
  • All devices sold have a global lock that is triggered should a problem arise, ensuring maximum security for everyone.

Special measures at some physical stores
To protect our teams and customers from theft and threats, we have a secure entry system:

  • Store doors are locked at all times.
  • Visitors must press the buzzer to alert our representatives of their arrival.
  • Visitors must fully uncover their face to be allowed into the store.
