Montréal, March 22, 2019 – Léger's 2019 Reputation survey, released earlier this week, has again ranked Videotron as Québec's most respected telecommunications provider. Videotron is proud to have won the title for the 14th year in row. This is a tribute to the powerful relationship of trust that Videotron has built with Quebecers.
This result does us proud and shows that we are succeeding in setting ourselves apart, day after day, through our focus on customer service, says Jean-François Pruneau, President and CEO of Videotron. Innovating to better serve our customers is the goal that drives our 6,500 employees in their daily efforts to deliver the best products and the best possible customer experience. We owe this honour to them.
The top ranking caps a string of recent distinctions for Videotron, including best customer experience of all Canadian wireless providers, the coolest telecom in the view of young Quebecers, and one of Canada's top employers.
