Videotron offers to suspend services free of charge for customers affected by flooding

Montréal, April 25, 2019 – As a gesture of support for the people affected by spring flooding in many parts of Québec, Videotron is waiving the service suspension fee for residential and business customers who wish to interrupt their services for the duration of their evacuation.

All services except mobile telephony can be temporarily suspended for up to six months at no charge for affected customers in the following areas: Centre-du-Québec, Chaudière-Appalaches, Eastern Townships, Lanaudière, Laurentians, Outaouais and the Greater Montréal region.
