Vidéotron offers customers two unscrambled channels and a webcast

Montréal, June 3, 2004 - THE WHOLE FAMILY LOVES THE FAMILY CHANNEL!
The Family Channel is unscrambling its signal again this year: from June 12 through 27, subscribers to the illico digital television service, young and old, will be able to enjoy the specialty service free of charge on channel 160. The Family Channel is a favourite with children aged 8 to 12 as well as teens. It carries the best of Disney, special series and other popular programming, plus fine films for the parents after the kids have gone to bed.

DISCOVERY WINGS TAKES TO THE SKIES
Discovery Wings is now available on channel 158 on Vidéotron's digital lineup in the Greater Montréal, Sorel, Hull, Clarence-Rockland, Rivière-du-Loup, Saint-Pascal, La Pocatière, Saguenay and Saint-Félicien areas. The new channel will be unscrambled until August 31, 2004 for all illico subscribers. It will be added free of charge to the iMega packages and will be available as a selection in the 20 and 30 channels à la carte packages. Discovery Wings takes viewers into the blue yonder with programs about the history of aviation and space exploration. The addition of the channel reflects Vidéotron's commitment to bringing its customers an ever-expanding range of choices.

SPECIAL WEBCAST
In cooperation with Musique Plus, Vidéotron is offering subscribers to its High Speed Internet and Extreme High Speed Internet services an exclusive 30-minute Black Eyed Peas special featuring performances and interviews with the band. The program will be replayed continuously until July 3, 2004 and can be accessed free of charge at www.zonehautevitessevideotron.com
