Montréal - December 15, 2005 – Vidéotron is offering a new cutting-edge Voice Mail to e-mail functionality which lets customers access their voice mail via e-mail in the form of audio-file attachments. The new feature being introduced today is available to subscribers to Vidéotron's cable telephone service who have taken the Voice Mail option and are also subscribed to Vidéotron cable Internet service.
Vidéotron clients who activate the Voice Mail to e-mail option will automatically receive copies of their voice mail messages in their inboxes as audio file (.wav) attachments. They will be able to open the attachment to listen to the message as if they were on the phone.

This innovative cable telephone service offers users a host of message management options:
- E-mail notification of incoming voice mail
- E-mail forwarding of voice messages to other parties
- E-mail access to voice mail from any computer at any location, avoiding long-distance charges
- Storage of unlimited number of voice messages for an unlimited time on the customer's computer

Vidéotron's new Voice Mail to e-mail service is available for $2 per month. It is offered free of charge to Vidéotron customers who subscribe to the five-feature telephone package plus Vidéotron's cable Internet service.
