MONTRÉAL, November 10, 2008 – Robert Dépatie, President and Chief Executive Officer of Videotron Ltd., today announced the appointment of Marc Labelle to the position of General Manager, Corporate Communications, and of Eric Fournier to the position of General Manager, VOX, effective immediately.

Marc Labelle holds a B.A. in science, literature and communications from Université du Québec à Montréal. A member of the Videotron team since March 2006, Marc has acquired extensive experience in communications with organizations including Ivanhoe-Cambridge, the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and CGI Group, as well as in teaching.
"The appointment of Éric as General Manager, VOX, a position which will now report to the President of the Company, reflects both his significant contribution to our successes since joining us in 2007 and the growing value of VOX to our customers and as a content creation and production unit of Videotron," said Robert Dépatie.
Éric Fournier holds an MBA and has more than 20 years experience managing creative development, financing and production units for television, advertising and film. Among other things, he has served as a producer and executive with VERSEAU-INTERNATIONAL, consultant-executive producer with FRV Media and Delphis Films, and founder of production/distribution company Téléféric.
The appointments follow the announcement of the appointment of Isabelle Dessureault to the position of Vice President, Public Affairs, of Quebecor Media Inc.
