Videotron adds WFN: World Fishing Network, MusiquePlus HD and MusiMax HD to Digital TV service

Montréal, August 31, 2010 — As part of its continuing drive to expand its Digital TV service and enhance customer experience, Videotron is adding the WFN: World Fishing Network, MusiquePlus HD and MusiMax HD to its channel lineup.

Eagerly awaited by thousands of Quebec fishing enthusiasts, WFN carries wide-ranging programming from around the world and explores the pleasures of fishing in all its phases, from the fishing pole to the frying pan. WFN will be available at channel 57 on Videotron's Digital TV service starting September 1. A free preview will be offered for three months. WFN will be offered as part of the Custom, Mega and Sport packages, or à la carte.

MusiquePlus and MusiMax in HD today
Fans of music videos, musician bios and concerts can begin enjoying MusiquePlus and MusiMax in High Definition as of today. The addition of the two music channels brings the total number of French-language HD channels in Videotron's lineup to 27, the largest selection available anywhere. Videotron now carries a varied array of 49 HD channels in all.

MusiquePlus HD will be available on channel 630 and MusiMax HD on channel 632 at no additional charge to Videotron Digital TV customers who already have the standard versions of the channels in their package.
