Through CBC/Radio-Canada coverage of Sochi 2014, Videotron brings Olympics fever to customers' living rooms

Montréal, February 7, 2014 – As announced by CBC/Radio-Canada on February 6, 2014, Videotron is pleased to offer front-row seats to the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games for its customers. CBC, Radio-Canada. TVA Sports and RDS coverage of almost all the competitions will be available to illico subscribers via video on demand. Ready, set, grab your remote!

Subscribers to illico Digital TV will be able to watch CBc's, Radio-Canada's, TVA Sports's and RDs's coverage of Sochi 2014 and experience memorable performances again as many times as they wish, live and on demand, from February 7 to 23. The content will be available on channel 900, on the Web (illico.tv), on tablets (through the illico.tv app) and on illico mobile. Videotron will bring all the excitement of Sochi 2014, including ice hockey, alpine skiing, figure skating, speed skating, snowboarding and much more ,1  to video on demand in English and French. In all, approximately 300 hours of CBC and Radio-Canada coverage will be available on demand.

Viewers will also be able to access the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, always two of the highlights of the Olympics, on the various illico platforms. Finally, to help viewers stay on top of the day's events and track the performance of their favourite athletes, Videotron will offer a daily Olympics summary, on demand.
