Montréal, June 18, 2012 – Robert Dépatie, President and CEO of Videotron, is pleased to announce that Serge Delisle is joining the Videotron team as Vice President, Information Technology (CIO). Serge has 25 years of international experience in the management of major IT projects with companies including CGI. He will contribute his expertise to Videotron's drive to develop its strategic pillars and accomplish its mission of delivering the best possible customer experience.
As Vice President, IT, Serge Delisle will be responsible for a team of more than 500 employees working on IT development, implementation and support. His mandate will be to leverage technological opportunities and translate them into innovative corporate strategies. Among other things, he will work on improving Videotron's operational efficiency, together with other sectors of the organization.

Serge Delisle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from École des hautes études commerciales (HEC) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Prior to joining Videotron, he worked at Keops Technologies Inc., Hercules Incorporated and Nakornthai Strip Mill (NSM) in Asia, as well as CGI.
