Montréal, July 11, 2016 – Videotron Business Solutions is pleased to be presenting the 6th annual Startupfest (www.startupfestival.com), to be held in Montréal from July 13 to 16, 2016. During the event, hundreds of business founders, innovators and entrepreneurs will take Montréal's Old Port by storm for four days of inspiring discussions and presentations on entrepreneurship.

Inspiring and mentoring young entrepreneurs

Elevator Pitch Contest, organized by Videotron Business Solutions and MAtv
From noon to 6 pm on Thursday, July 14, entrepreneurs attending the festival can participate in the Elevator Pitch Contest, organized by Videotron Business Solutions and MAtv. Entrants must produce a 30-second pitch for their startup business. The winner gets more than $30,000 worth of services and exposure, including a promotional campaign on MAtv, a banner announcement in Le Journal de Montréal and three months of office time at Notman House. 

Win or lose, all participating startups will receive a video of their pitch a few days after the festival. The Videotron Business Solutions / MAtv tent and lounge, equipped with cellphone recharging stations to help everyone stay connected, will be open to attendees throughout the event.
