New partnership between Vidéotron and Canoe

Montréal, December 21, 2004 – Vidéotron and the Canoe network are pleased to announce that a Vidéotron banner has been permanently displayed on the Canoe homepage since December 15 under a new agreement.

The banner at the top of the page contains the words Internet and Television, and links to the videotron.com site, where visitors can find a wide range of products and services, including new products, promotions, and value-added services such as webcams, WebMail, Video on Demand and online choice of illico digital channels. There is also a direct link for online subscription to Vidéotron services and a link to the Vidéotron High- Speed Zone.

Vidéotron Internet customers can also access their WebMail from the Canoe homepage. WebMail gives subscribers to Vidéotron's cable Internet service remote access to their e-mail account from anywhere in the world. Those who have not yet activated the service are encouraged to do so for increased user-friendliness.
