Montréal, June 11, 2019 – Jean-François Pruneau, President and CEO of Videotron, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marie-Hélène Pelletier as Vice-President, Human Resources and Chief of Business Model Evolution.
In her new position, Marie-Hélène Pelletier will support Videotron's efforts in the closely related strategic areas of talent development and business model evolution. She will also oversee support for Videotron's departments in filling their human capital needs.
Marie-Hélène's engagement and strategic overview of the entire organization make her the ideal person to support us in this important stage of our development, commented Jean-François Pruneau, President and CEO of Videotron. With her extensive expertise, she will be able to meet the needs of service delivery stakeholders at all levels of the organization while staying focused on performance and innovation.
As Vice-President, Procurement of Videotron since 2015, Marie-Hélène Pelletier quickly demonstrated her rigour and ability to organize and mobilize teams transversally. Her impressive track record includes 15 years of experience in strategic supply chain management. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from HEC Montréal, and is a member of the Québec Bar.
