Since joining Videotron in July 2004, Manon Brouillette has distinguished herself by pursuing a strong strategic vision. After serving in a series of senior management positions with the Company, she was promoted to President, Consumer Market, in December 2011 and given overall responsibility for Videotron's residential division. Manon now oversees several sectors related to business development, including the VPs for Strategy & Marketing, Product Development and Multiplatform Content, as well as operational sectors, including the VPs for Customer Service, Technical Support, Technical Quality and Sales Force. She also continues to play a role in strategic business development and to spearhead corporate branding.

The launch of Videotron's mobile services in September 2010 has been one of the highlights of Manon's career. She skilfully led the multidisciplinary team from all divisions of the Company that created our state-of-the-art network.

At the same time, she engineered the overhaul of the cable TV business model, heading the roll-out of the illico.tv web TV service and the illico mobile service to bring Videotron's television services to all media platforms.

Previously, Manon successfully led a number of major corporate projects, including the introduction of cable telephone service in 2005 and the development of the Ultimate Speed Internet family of Internet access services (15, 30, 50 and 120 mbps).

In 2011, as Chief Digital Officer of Quebecor Media Inc. (QMI), Manon Brouillette was responsible for supporting the roll-out of digital and mobile services at all QMI subsidiaries.

Before joining Videotron, Manon served in management and VP positions with, among others, Cossette Inc. and Sprint Communication Marketing/Publicité Martin inc. She also worked at Groupe San Francisco and Transat A.T. inc.

Manon Brouillette was a director of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal from 2008 to 2011. She received the prestigious Growth Award from the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) in 2007 and was invited to join the organization's Board the following year. In 2006, Manon was the recipient of the Stratège prize awarded by the Association des professionnels de la communication et du marketing (APCM). Manon Brouillette holds a bachelor's degree in public communications from Université Laval.
