Philippe Cloutier has been Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Videotron since June 2017.
He serves as a strategic advisor and oversees all of Videotron’s financial operations. He is also responsible for implementation of the business plan, for the Finance and Control teams, and for Procurement for Videotron. Philippe is a seasoned and versatile manager who is accustomed to juggling complex files without losing his focus on excellence.
Before joining Videotron, Philippe Cloutier co-founded Mission Capital, a business bank that provides SMEs with financing and consulting services. He had previously moved up through the ranks to occupy senior positions with major international firms such as Quad/Graphics (formerly Quebecor World) and Reader’s Digest, where he was president of Canadian subsidiaries.
Philippe holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal and an MBA from McGill University. He has also completed all levels of Chartered Financial Analysis (CFA) training.
